Frequently Asked Questions
Is this set a good gift for my mom who loves candles?
Yes. It is one of the most popular gifts for moms because it delivers the candlelight look without the safety worries, and the 24-pack feels generous and gift worthy right out of the box.
Would this work as a housewarming gift for new homeowners?
Yes. New homeowners often need decor that works immediately, and this set is ready to use, fits any style, and adds instant ambiance to a new living room or patio.
Is this a romantic anniversary or Valentine's Day gift?
Yes. Many couples use this set for anniversary dinners at home, and the multi color and tiered heights make it feel like a thoughtful, romantic gift rather than a generic candle.
Can I give this as a bridal shower or wedding gift?
Yes. Couples love receiving this set for outdoor ceremonies, reception tables, and home decor after the wedding. It is one of the most requested flameless candle gifts for engaged couples.
Is this set presentable enough to give without extra wrapping?
Yes. The candles ship in a coordinated multi piece set, so the box itself feels gift ready. For special occasions you can add a ribbon or place it in a gift bag.
Is this a good last minute birthday gift that ships fast?
Yes. Because the set comes ready to use with batteries installed on most variants, it is a smart pick up and gift option for last minute birthdays, hostess gifts, and holiday surprises.
Can I split the 24-pack into multiple smaller gifts?
Yes. Many shoppers split the candles into smaller bundles of 3 or 5 to create individual hostess gifts, teacher gifts, or stocking stuffers from one bulk purchase.
Is this set appropriate for a coworker or office Secret Santa gift?
Yes. It is gender neutral, fits any desk or home, and the remote and timer make it practical for busy professionals who want easy ambient lighting.
How does this gift compare to a single luxury scented candle from a home store?
A single luxury candle burns out in one evening, while this 24-pack delivers years of use, includes a remote and timer, and suits multiple rooms. It is a higher perceived value gift for a similar price.
How does this compare to giving flowers for a special occasion?
Flowers last a week, but this candle set lasts for years of evenings, dinners, and holidays. It is a longer lasting and more memorable gift for moms, partners, and hosts.
Is this a better gift than a candle warmer lamp?
A candle warmer lamp requires buying wax melts and only lights one small area. This 24-pack lights an entire room or patio, includes a remote, and works the moment it is unboxed.
I am worried it will feel impersonal. Will the recipient actually like it?
Candles are one of the most universally loved gifts, and the flameless, multi size design is rare. Most recipients are surprised and excited because they can immediately use every piece in the box.
Can I include a personal note or card with the set?
Yes. The packaging is large enough to slip in a card, and because the candles do not need a scent, the gift works for recipients with allergies or scent sensitive homes.
Is it safe to ship directly to the gift recipient?
Yes. The set is durable and ships in protective retail packaging, so it can be sent directly to the recipient as a gift without damage.
What if I want a gift that works for both indoor and outdoor use?
This set is designed for both. The waterproof shell handles outdoor patios and gardens, while the elegant pillar design looks beautiful on indoor tables, mantels, and shelves.
Will the recipient need to buy batteries separately?
Most variants include batteries so the recipient can use the candles immediately. If batteries are not included, the candle takes two standard AA batteries that are easy to find at any store.
How do I set the auto timer on these candles?
Use the manual switch on the base of the candle or the included remote to select 2, 4, 6, or 8 hour cycles. Once you choose a cycle, the candle will run for that duration and then automatically turn off and repeat at the same time every day.
How do I use the remote to control all the candles at once?
The set includes four 10 key infrared remotes with a 20 foot range. Point the remote at the candles and use the power, timer, brightness, and mode buttons to control all candles in line of sight at the same time.
How do I change the batteries in each candle?
Unscrew the sealed base cap, remove the old AA batteries, insert two fresh AA batteries matching the polarity markers, and retighten the cap until the O-ring is fully seated to keep the candle waterproof.
Do these candles work with standard AA rechargeable batteries?
Yes. You can use any standard AA alkaline or rechargeable batteries. Rechargeable batteries will run the candle for fewer hours per charge, so most buyers prefer alkaline for longest runtime.
Will these candles fit in standard pillar candle holders and lanterns?
Yes. The candles are designed at 4, 5, and 6 inch heights with a 2.2 inch diameter, which fits most standard pillar holders, lanterns, and candle plates sold for home decor.
What is included in the box when I order this set?
You will receive 24 flameless LED candles in three coordinated heights, four 10 key infrared remotes, and a user guide. Batteries may or may not be included depending on the variant, so check the product page for the specific listing.
How long do the batteries last in each candle?
Each candle is rated for approximately 50,000 hours of LED life on two AA batteries. Actual battery life depends on the timer cycle, brightness level, and battery brand, but most users get many evenings of use per set of batteries.
Are these candles safe to leave unattended in my home?
Yes. The candles are flameless, cool to the touch, and have an automatic shutoff timer. They are designed for set and forget daily use, even in homes with kids, pets, or seniors.
What is the difference between flameless LED candles and traditional wax candles?
Traditional wax candles use an open flame and melted wax to produce light, which creates fire, burn, and air quality risks. Flameless LED candles use a battery powered LED with flame simulation technology to mimic the look of a real flame with none of the safety hazards, no soot, no smoke, no drips, and no allergens.
