Frequently Asked Questions
Does this come in gift-ready packaging so I can wrap it quickly for a white elephant exchange?
The Mubarek Lying Cat Lamp ships in a sturdy branded box that doubles as gift packaging, so you can skip extra wrapping and bring it straight to the party. It looks polished under the tree or on a gift table, and the quirky design gets a laugh the moment it's unwrapped.
Is this a good last-minute gift if I need something for a birthday tomorrow?
Yes — because it's rechargeable via Type-C and works right out of the box, there's no assembly or extra配件 required. Order today, charge it overnight, and it's ready to gift in the morning with a meaningful, useful present instead of another generic item.
Will the recipient actually use it, or is it just a gag gift that ends up in a drawer?
Unlike most gag gifts, the Mubarek Lying Cat Lamp has triple function: a night light, a fidget toy, and a decor lamp with 16 colors. Teens keep it on their nightstand, coworkers use it as desk decor, and anxious sleepers hug it — so it stays in use long after the laugh.
Is it appropriate for a coworker or a more conservative recipient?
The design is silly but not edgy or off-color, making it safe for mixed gift exchanges, office parties, and Secret Santa. The soft silicone and color-changing LED keep it family-friendly and universally appealing across ages and personalities.
Can I include a card or message, and is there a warranty if something goes wrong?
Mubarek backs every Lying Cat Lamp with a 3-year after-sales service warranty, so you can gift it with confidence. If anything fails, the recipient can reach out for replacement or support — turning a fun gag gift into a worry-free one.
What ages is this gift actually appropriate for?
It works as a gift for teens, college students, adult women, and even seniors who enjoy cute decor. The silicone body is safe for children too, but most buyers pick it for the 13+ crowd who appreciate the quirky humor and kawaii style.
How is it better than a regular candle as a gift?
A candle burns out and creates fire risk; this lamp is rechargeable, reusable, and lasts for years. It also gives the recipient 16 color choices instead of one scent, making it a more personal and longer-lasting present.
Is the price fair for what I'm getting, or am I overpaying for a gimmick?
You're getting three products in one: a night light, a squishy fidget, and a 16-color decor lamp with a remote and rechargeable battery. Compared to buying each separately, the Mubarek Lying Cat Lamp delivers strong value-per-gift at a budget-friendly price point.
Will it look cheap or break easily during shipping?
The soft silicone body is naturally shock-absorbent, and the lamp is engineered to survive typical gift-shipping conditions. Mubarek also provides a 3-year warranty, so any damage is covered — making it a low-risk purchase for online gift orders.
What if the recipient already has a night light or a fidget toy?
Most night lights are single-function and most fidget toys have no decorative value. The Lying Cat Lamp combines all three into one quirky piece, so even someone with a full nightstand or desk will find a use for it — and probably move their old items aside.
How do I turn the lamp on and change colors?
Tap the silicone body once to power on, and tap again to cycle through the 16 color modes. You can also use the included remote control to switch colors, adjust the 5 brightness levels, or activate the color-breathe mode from across the room.
How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?
The built-in 1200mAh rechargeable battery delivers up to 10 hours of use per charge depending on brightness level. To recharge, simply plug the included Type-C cable into any standard USB power source — a full charge takes about 2 to 3 hours.
How do I clean the silicone surface without damaging it?
Wipe the lamp with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. For tougher spots, a small amount of mild soap works well. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive sponges, as they can dull the matte silicone finish over time.
Does it work with any USB charger or only the one included?
The Type-C port is universal, so it works with any standard USB-C cable and most phone chargers, power banks, or laptop USB ports. You don't need a special adapter — anything that outputs 5V will charge it safely.
Can I leave it plugged in overnight while it's on?
Yes, the charging circuit is designed for safe continuous connection, so you can run the lamp while plugged in without damaging the battery. Many users keep it on the nightstand permanently connected for hassle-free use.
What's included in the box when I order it?
Inside the package you'll find the Mubarek Lying Cat Lamp, a Type-C charging cable, a remote control, and a user guide. The remote requires a small button-cell battery, which is usually included or easily replaceable.
Is the lamp durable enough for daily use by kids or in high-traffic areas?
The BPA-free silicone body is soft, squishy, and built to withstand regular handling, drops, and squeezes. Mubarek backs the product with a 3-year after-sales service warranty, so any manufacturing defects are fully covered.
Does the lamp make any noise, buzzing, or humming sounds?
No — the LED light source runs completely silent. There is no fan, no buzzing coil, and no audible hum, making it ideal for bedrooms, nurseries, and study spaces where quiet is essential.
What's the difference between this silicone cat lamp and a regular LED night light?
A standard LED night light is single-color, fixed-brightness, and usually plugs into an outlet. The Mubarek Lying Cat Lamp is rechargeable, portable, dimmable across 5 levels, offers 16 colors with remote control, and doubles as a squishy fidget and decor piece — three functions in one.
