5. Microwave frosting at 50% power for about 10 seconds until melted; cool slightly. Spoon frosting over marshmallows, allowing it to drip down the sides.
6. Let cookies stand 30 minutes until frosting becomes tacky. Add chocolate chips for eyes, orange frosting for noses, and a candy hat to each cookie. Allow frosting to set before serving. Makes 36 cookies.
