Frequently Asked Questions

Will these earbuds stay in place during trail runs and sudden rain?

Yes. The IPX7 waterproof rating protects against rain and sweat, while the soft earhook design locks the earbuds securely in place on uneven terrain.

Can I use these Bluetooth earbuds for long camping weekends without recharging?

Absolutely. The 400mAh charging case delivers 54 hours of total playtime, easily covering multi-day trips, and a 10-minute Type-C quick charge adds 2 hours if you need a fast boost.

How far from my phone can I roam while still staying connected outdoors?

Bluetooth 5.4 with dual-channel transmission gives you a stable 15-meter range, so you can leave your phone at a picnic table or campsite and still stream music without dropouts.

Are these earbuds tough enough for hiking, cycling, and other open-air activities?

Yes. With an IPX7 waterproof shell, sweat-resistant build, and 7g ultra-light earhook fit, they're engineered for active outdoor use without slipping or water damage.

Do they handle calls clearly when I'm outside in wind and traffic noise?

The built-in ENC noise-cancelling microphone filters out background noise, so your voice comes through clearly even in busy outdoor environments.

Is this a good fit for someone who bikes, runs, and camps on weekends?

Yes. These earbuds are purpose-built for mixed outdoor activities, offering sweatproof durability, long battery life, and a secure earhook fit that works across running, cycling, and casual outdoor use.

Will the touch controls still work when my hands are sweaty or wearing light gloves?

The touch-sensitive controls are responsive with damp or gloved fingertips, so you can skip tracks, take calls, or activate your voice assistant without reaching for your phone.

Can I take calls hands-free while setting up a campsite or grilling outdoors?

Yes. Smart touch controls and voice assistant support let you answer calls and manage audio completely hands-free, ideal for active outdoor moments.

Does it survive sweat, rain, and an accidental drop in a puddle?

With IPX7 waterproofing, the earbuds handle sweat, rain, and even brief submersion, making them dependable for unpredictable outdoor conditions.

Would these hold up better than standard AirPods for outdoor workouts?

For active outdoor use, yes. Unlike standard AirPods, these come with secure earhooks, IPX7 sweatproofing, and a sport-oriented fit designed specifically to stay put during intense movement.

How do they compare to bone-conduction headphones for trail running?

These earbuds offer richer audio and stronger bass than bone-conduction designs, plus IPX7 sweatproofing and a secure earhook fit, while still letting you stay aware of your surroundings at lower volumes.

Are they bulkier than typical outdoor earbuds, and will they interfere with sunglasses or a hat?

At just 7 grams per bud with a slim earhook profile, they're lighter than most sport earbuds and sit comfortably alongside sunglasses, caps, and helmets.

I'm worried about losing an earbud mid-run. Is there a way to keep them secure?

The included S/M/L silicone earplugs combined with the over-ear hook design create a locked-in fit that stays put even during sprints and steep climbs.

What happens if I forget to charge them before a weekend trip?

A quick 10-minute Type-C top-up delivers around 2 hours of playback, so even a last-minute charge before you head out the door is enough for a full workout or commute.

Will the LED power display drain the case battery faster?

No. The LED percentage display uses minimal power and only activates when you open the case, so it has no meaningful impact on the 54-hour total battery life.

Can I wear them in the shower or while swimming laps?

The IPX7 rating protects against rain, sweat, and brief water immersion like shower splashes, but they are not rated for prolonged submerged use like lap swimming.

How do I pair these earbuds with my phone or laptop for the first time?

Open the charging case to power on the earbuds, then enable Bluetooth on your device and select the earbuds from the list of available devices. They will automatically reconnect to the last paired device on subsequent uses.

How do I use the quick-charge feature when I'm in a hurry?

Place the earbuds in the charging case and connect the included Type-C cable to any compatible power source. A 10-minute charge provides approximately 2 hours of playback.

How do I activate the voice assistant on these earbuds?

Use the touch-sensitive control panel to trigger your device's voice assistant, then speak naturally to send messages, set reminders, or control playback hands-free.

Are these earbuds compatible with iPhones and Android devices?

Yes. They work with any Bluetooth-enabled device, including iPhones, Android smartphones, tablets, laptops, and smart TVs.

Do they work with my laptop for Zoom and Microsoft Teams calls?

Yes. Once paired via Bluetooth 5.4, they function as both audio output and microphone input for popular conferencing apps like Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, and Skype.

What's included in the box when I purchase these earbuds?

The package includes the wireless earbuds, a 400mAh charging case with LED display, a Type-C charging cable, and three sizes (S/M/L) of silicone earplugs for a customized fit.

Are these earbuds safe to use during workouts and rainy commutes?

Yes. The IPX7 waterproof and sweat-resistant rating protects the earbuds from sweat, rain, and accidental splashes, making them safe for active and outdoor use.

How durable are these earbuds with daily use?

Built with a sweatproof shell, reinforced earhook design, and quality Bluetooth 5.4 internals, they're engineered to handle daily wear, workouts, and travel without performance issues.

What's the difference between wireless earbuds and true wireless earbuds?

True wireless earbuds have no cables connecting the two earpieces, offering complete freedom of movement. These are true wireless earbuds, with each bud connecting independently to your device via Bluetooth 5.4.
